Ideal for trolling and Chunking, these hooks are built to tackle the biggest meanest fish in any ocean. Big game trolling enthusiasts will find these hooks ideal for custom rigging large baits and skirted lures. Those targeting huge tuna can rig them with big chunk baits. Features include an extra-heavy, XXX-strong forged shank, a deep throat bend, Cutting Point® and anti-corrosion black chrome finish.

The hooks are to be mounted on big popper lures targeting GT´s.

On a recent fishing journey I experienced that standard treble hooks often
damage the GT´s. This happens when the popper is mounted with 2 treble
hooks.

Usually the GT took the treble hook mounted in the front position of the
popper, allowing the exposed back mounted treble hook to damage the fish
during the fight. We tried to modify the back treble hook into a "double
hook" by cutting of one part. This simple operation did that the GT´s did
not get damaged as much when being hooked on the front-mounted treble hook.

The theory is to mount the single hook as the last hook, and the hopefully
not damage any fish at all.

My brother caught a lot of fish. It is a fish called catfish. He catches a
big catfish. But such large hooks have in Russia. My brother has all
snarezhenie for good fishing. What is missing is the hooks. :) We will be
with you and to continue to cooperate.I write through a translator. I'm
sorry if something is not clear. Thank you!

I do Big Game Fishing in Portugal, in the Algarve, these hooks will be mounted in
skirtted trolling lures for the capture of White and Blue Marlins.

Our season has also ended in October, now it is Winter and we will have to wait till
May, for the Marlins, meanwhile when the weather allows it, we do deep bottom rock
fishing and vertical jigging for grouper, snappers, etc.

I am planning on using the hooks on a handline for grouper
fishing in the sea of cortez.
