I fish mainly for Australian Bass that live in the streams, creeks and rivers over
here.
Like all of us the bass tend to like a bit of shade from the harsh Aussie sun and
are often found deep under the cover of fallen trees and overhanging vegetation. In
short, to reach these fish weedless rigs are sometimes the only option, hence the
Owner Finesse jigs I just purchased.
The Owner Finesse jigs are particularly good because they%u2019re the only weedless
jighead I can find that have a downward facing hook point and are perfectly suited
to the 2.5 to 3 inch soft plastic paddletails and grubs I use.

The owner finesse jigs are used with
the small Keitech Swing Impacts (3 to 3.5). Here in New Jersey we have highly
pressured lakes. Downsizing is the way to go.This will be my first time using the
Tuf/Line 3/8. I will load it on a Fuego 1500 spinnerand a Gloomis 781 Light action
rod. It's great combo. Anyway, Good fishing to you.

There are two intended uses for this kind of hooks ....
1.) Use it together with a Keitech Fat Swing impact trailer as a weedles
swimming Jig offer in standing weeds (not weed mats).
2) Using it with a soft plastic worm in same area where some weed (but not
heavely) is arround.
Target: Yellow Perch (which grows here larger than in the states) and Pike.

I plan on rigging these jigs with the Berkley Powerbait 3" Ripple Shad.....I've had
awesome results with the 2" model on multiple species so I figured I would try out
the 3" as a weedless application to see the results.
