Ultra small with a bronze finish these super tiny treble hooks are perfect for trout fishing or anything else that requires the smallest treble hooks out there. Hard to find and with a price that can't be beat these little treble hooks have been a customer favorite!

My kids and I use the number 18 trebble hooks tied to the end of the line with one 1/8 oz split shot about 14 inches above the hook. We use power bait to catch rainbow trout fishing in the lower Illinois river here in Oklahoma. We tightline fish on bottom to catch them and 14 inches or so off the bottom seems to work best for us, using an ultra light spinning rig with 4 lb test line. I've been catching the trout this way for over 40 years now and still going strong. The kids love trout fishing and I sure enjoy seeing them learning the tricks that i try to teach them which have helped me become extremely successful with the rainbows and occasional brownie.

I fly fish, but my kids use them with power bait for trout. The size 18 bronze treble hooks are the best size hooks you can
use.

If the hooks prove out to be sufficiently sharp and strong, I'll use them on
small minnow lures. Mostly japan made stuff, with flimsy hooks ment for
trout. We use them for much biger fish, and they work great.. but normal
gamakatsu kooks just can't keep up.
