Yes I'll tell you what I do with TufLine-XP 15 pound fishing line. I use
it fishing, but only in an unexpected way. My fishing is for large tuna
fish that usually weigh more than 100 pounds. I use the 15 pound TufLine
as a construction material when I build tuna fish line leaders. The
leaders are made of 100 to perhaps 300 pound lines that are made of a
nylon mono filament line that the hook is attached to. The other end is
spliced to a hollow high tech line that is wound on the reel.
The connection between the nylon and the hollow line is where the
TufLine is useful. The 15 pound line is wound tightly around the
connection where the nylon line is slipped inside the hollow line. This
is a very important connection and my experience has revealed that
TufLine works very well there.
