Ultra small with a 24ct gold finish these super tiny treble hooks are perfect for trout fishing or anything else that requires the smallest treble hooks out there. Hard to find and with a price that can't be beat these little treble hooks have been a customer favorite!

I plan on using these small gold treble hooks on my tip-downs for Crappie
through the ice.

I use the tiny treble hooks for trout fishing... with salmon eggs
or powerbait. The hooks do split the salmon eggs but if I can get the
trout to grab it, they are hooked pretty securely.

I'm a trout fishing lunatic... so much so that I wrote a little trout
recipe (and side dishes, too!) cookbook to sell for $3 on my blog,
VanTrekker.com 25% of the proceeds go to the American Diabetes
Association.

The blog gets a lot of traffic and there seems to be much interest in
van dwelling... I live in a converted 2007 Chevy cargo van at my
buddy's farm. It's dirt cheap living and lets me go camping and fishing
at various trout streams... and sleep in my own bed every night!

I'm looking forward to the hooks arriving. They are the best!

I am not sure how these will be used yet but likely for Small
perch. There are a few lakes around that have been created withinin new
communities here in the city of Calgary. These lakes are stocked with
rainbow trout for the members of the community to harvest "x" per year if
you have a membership and live in that community. The "bucket brigade bozos"
have put perch in some of these private lakes thinking they are fun to
catch. They quickly reproduce and become stunted and overwhelm the food
supplies in these lakes-leaving little for the stocked fish. I go out with a
few of these members and hack away at the little green and yellow lake
rats-so small treble hooks may be better at hook ups than single hooks-I
think...There is also a stocked lake where we often go to catch trout that
is full of suckers. I may try these to catch a mess of suckers for pike
fishing(big bait-big pike) as the lakes open to public fishing here are
barbless-perhaps a tiny treble-even barbless may hold better than a barbless
single hook-I hope... I may use these as a stinger hook for whitefish or
whatever-may tie some sort of ice flies or wire worms on them...how about if
I let you know when I figure it out. I could not find a treble smaller than
a size 14 (at Bass Pro Shop) locally, as most people only use trebles here
for pike-who have pretty big yaps...Our Alberta provincial blog for fishing
and hunting is www.outdoorsmenforum.ca if you are interested or bored in the
dead of winter you can log in or visit and be amused...we don't have a lot
of fishing waters here but you may find some great pictures(you have to set
yourself up for a password) of local fish and some dandy bucks and bulls
harvested here...you can probably even get in a discussion or two and help
newbies out...

We live near Northeastern Iowa. There are over 50 spring fed streams in this area. They are stocked with hatchery trout at least once a week with brown, brook, and rainbow trout. I mostly fly fish, dry's and emergent, but when things get tough you can tie one of these #20 trebles to a 2# test leader. Then put a couple kernels of sweet corn and let it float into the cut banks. It is very productive on hatchery trout.

I use them trout fishing on the White River in Northern Arkansas. I bait them up with Powerbait (corn yellow color) and the last time I went had the limit (5 Rainbows) in less than an hour. Spent the next three hours catching and releasing, probably caught another 30 trout in that time. The hooks are tiny, hard to tie on, but are sharp and take a very little Powerbait to bait up. Very seldom do rthe troug swallow the hook. Most of the catches are hooked in the very edge of the lip, no damage to the fish. When one is swallowed, I just cut off the line and release the fish (if it is still in good shape, ptherwise, I trade it out with one from the live well).

I know this is hard to believe, but I am catching mullet with just a bare gold treble...I rig a "bream
buster" pole with 6lb test mono, a tiny cork and a gold treble. The evening before fishing I hang a burlap
bag of "Deer Feed" pellets or "Rough and Tough" dog food (mainly because they both sink) off the end of
my dock. Next morning I have a blast catching 2 - 3 pound mullet on that light tackle! I've been in Panama
City for over 50 years; have caught almost everything that swims in these bays and the gulf, and I had
never heard of this type fishing....nor have any of my old fishing buddies. I watched my neighbor's elderly
father using this method, and just had to check it out....the man is in his late 80s and was just hammering
the mullet! He showed me his tackle and the rest is history...
