Best hooks ever!
I am a trout fisherman and use ultra light spinning tackle. When using dough
bait such as Berkley power bait, treble hooks are the best option in sizes
12, 14, and 16. I believe Owner makes the best treble hooks on the market
because they are strong and very sharp. Treble hooks have the advantage of
holding the bait better than other hooks and in many cases will hook fish by
themselves. The only disadvantages are that treble hooks are not good for
catch and release because of the damage they do when when caught, usually
very deep, also, because the fish are usually hooked deep, the hook can be
difficult to remove.
