I intend to use the hooks as replacements for old-rusted hooks on some of my hard
baits.

I PLAN ON USING THEM FOR REPLACEMENT HOOKS. IF THEY ARE THE CORRECT SIZE, I'LL USE
THEM. ON MOSTLY WALLEYE BAITS.............USING SPLIT RINGS.....

You wondered what i was gonna use the hooks i bought for,I will use some of them to
replace bad hooks and some for live bait fishing. Both applications are for European
Perch .

I'm planning to use the hooks for replacing
original chrome hooks that come with some hard lures (crankbaits). By replacing the
color of the hooks (and also the split rings), I'm expecting to give the lures a
more natural look reducing the shine of chrome hooks and split rings. I'm trying
this with red and black nickel hooks and split rings. Hope fishes appreciate the
effort.

I buy my crankbaits blank and paint them the colors that are biting the most
and install my own split rings and hooks on them. I fish for Walleye,
Crappie, Drum, Catfish and if nothing is biting I will catch some good old
Bluegill.

I use the treble hooks for catfishing. I use stink bait with fiber and
the treble hook is the way to go.
