Thanks for shipping my order instantly. I use the Mustad 3551 hooks on my custom Muskie baits and to upgrade on other baits. The 3551 is the perfect hook to T to prevent hook rash on expensive baits and also helps hookup percentage. This hook bends easy enough and still holds its strength without breaking. I will include a picture of a T'd hook.

I build my own musky bucktails for me and my brother. I have ling been unsatisfied
with commercial musky bucktails and feel I can craft a better running bait by paying
attention to small details like making sure the clevises are bent correctly.
I use the Mustad 3551 6/O on the business end of those baits.

Just lure hook re-placements while muskie fishing. If hooked bad it's easier to
start cutting hooks to help get them unhooked, untangled from the net.Safer for the
safe return to the water for the fish.

I own KWcustonlures We make custom bucktails for our customers. We are always
looking for a better way to improve our bottom line without a price increase

We used these hooks on our last fishing trip jug fishing for flatheads with
live bait we only had 4 of these hooks. The rate of catch is much greater
with a large treble. I usually only use large single stainless hooks but
seen to many get away. It wouldn%u2019t take to big of a flathead to break this
hook but with the treble have 2 more hooks to grab something. Thanks for the
hooks

I fish in the ocean quite a bit off the Oregon coast. We fish for Salmon, Tuna and
assorted bottom fish. The Treble hooks
I purchased from you will be used on Tuna and for bottom fish. For bottom fish I
make what is called a " pipe Jig". It's a 3/4 piece of copper tubing
4" long filled with lead. I attach a treble hook on the side with a" Hoochie"
covering the hook. This is a killer lure for "Ling Cod" You
drop it to the bottom and bounce it up and down among the rocks.

I am going to use these bronze 6/0 treble hooks on some 12 inch lures that I am making. I
make lures of all sizes as a hobby. Some I keep, Some I share with my
closest fishin buddies and some I sell on ebay. It is a hobby that I have
had for years and I really enjoy it.

Specimen Cat... Also know as Specimen Catfish is still relatively new in South
Africa. Yes, anglers have been catching these MONSTERS from time to time, but never
has anyone really gone out to target only Catfish or Barbel as they are also known
as. Not even to mention targeting only the BIG ones...
And yes, that is what I will be using those hooks for... Catching the BIG cats is
actually not that difficult. And the strategy is quite easy... The bigger the bait,
the bigger the cat...
In other words, the bait we use is massive. And proper hooks are needed for that...

Thank you for the item! For the treble hooks, I'm using it to catch halibut and
catfish. The bait stays on the treble hook better and gives me a better chance of
catching the big ones. Also, I'm planning on visiting my relative in Oklahoma and
there, I'm going to fish for paddlefish or spoonbill fish. The treble hooks that I'm
ordering from you are the perfect size to get the big ones that are legal to keep
and on top of that it can withstand their monstrous strength better, too.

I created and make the Hellkat Shockbait, targeted for members of the pike
family.

I am going to use them for dep sea fishing in the northern part of Norway Mostly
fish from 10 -25 kg
Paul on 10/29/2011 04:35pm
I'm going to use them for making musky bucktails.
Mark on 10/29/2011 04:31pm
I make big musky and pike baits. There called Hellkats shockbaits, I been selling them for a couple of years now, there kind of like a bulldog, but flatter and swim on the drop and suspend on the retrieve, more of a finesse bait, but the fish seem to like them.
Dave on 10/29/2011 04:30pm
these hooks will be used on saltwater jigs, mostly for cod the rest will be cast to make snag hooks which are legal here for getting bait in some areas

Thanks for the Mustad treble hooks, I just started to make Muskie/Pike lures. I
hand make them from cedar and I use these Mustad
8/0 treble hooks on them. The 8/0 trebles are a little large for some of the smaller lures.
