The ultimate cicada lure packing highest level of customization

This “Bug” lure will induce bites with its silhouette and pulsation affect. The Realis Shinmushi has incorporated the actions of a “hard” body and “soft” rubber legs, creating a 3 dimensional pulsation the bass fancy.

The most important factor for the “Bug” lure is the “sound” the bug makes when falling on the surface of the water. The hard body of the Shinmushi will enable any angler to create this effect. In addition, the rubber legs and feather on the tail hook will also induce bites from the bass.

The wings works as a “stopper”, limiting the lure from traveling too far, while staging a “freestyle” swimming action when retrieving. Anglers will be able to approach the fish in a versatile manner.

This ultimate “bug” lure will automatically induce bites from the bass while “stopping” it or “moving” it.

TECHNICAL DETAILS

SEPARATE BODY STRUCTURE

The body of the Shinmushi is a two piece structure separating from the belly and the back section. By removing the belly hook eye, anglers will be able to separate the body to customize the lure depending on the given situation.

WING

We made it a point to design the wings as a fixed feature instead of a free moving wing, for its function as a stopper. It was also carefully designed to enable to the lure stage a ”freestyle” action while retrieving. We have employed elastomer as its material minimizing any drag while casting.

RUBBER LEGS

The length of the legs are 70mm and are so soft that it will continue shimmering even when holding it still in your hand. The color combinations have been chosen depending on body color based on Mr. Aiba’s previous experience.

I've won so many tournaments here fishing AGAINST the norm as the pros say (7 out of 9 first place and second place in the other two)- that they actually had a spotter stay with me while fishing tournaments (and I had to pay, but only two times, and they did repay me for my costs). when fishing as others do throwing bait against the wind and bringing it back with the flow of water, that method allows the fish too much time to spot and eyeball that bait, which then allows them to determine that it is a fake. I do the exact opposite that works wonderfully. I throw WITH the wind and crank against the current. I do a stop and go motion, many times just popping it like you would a topwater popper. smallies are so used to looking at food coming down with the flow of water, they freak out when it passes their peripheral vision going the opposite direction against the flow of water. they immediately respond with a automatic strike response which is often very aggressive and savage. down in the new/little rivers they often have 5 fish stringers to win at only 10-12 lbs. total weight. fishing my way, the huge smallies hiding in the rocks, see that crankbait saunter on by against the current and they come out viciously to grab it and then turn back into their hiding spot. that movement always sets the hook for me. the rest is just getting them out of the water. now, I often have to wait until the last 10-15 minutes to register for these tournaments, because so many people who see my name get chicken-shit fever and won't sign up. I mean, why be that way? I didn't play good billiards as a kid when I played the suckers. but I became surprisingly good when I played people I could Not beat, since I had to truly play and not sand bag. if you're ever in this area, send me a ebay note. I'll show you how to catch consistent 5 fish stringers with total weights of 20 plus lbs.
