I use the Japanese Egi technique for catching squid. Its really
basic and easy, go to You Tube and type in Egi for more info there
are some good videos.
The Yo Zuri jags are the best squid jags out there, no argument. The
best colour is Pink, but squid being squid tend to change their minds
daily ( must be women ) so you need to have a few different colours
at hand. You can cast for hours with one colour and think there are
no squid around, but change colour and they jump on ! Its trial and error

I'm actually buying for my father, he was a fisherman back in the old
country. He's actually using them to fish for squid, not fish.
