I am a former designer of saltwater lures and teasers and the founder of a company named Eye Catcher Lures. I no longer fish saltwater because I was diagnosed with MS which has slowed me down quite a bit as far as my fishing time, but I still love to play around making light tackle freshwater lures for myself and friends. I ordered these hooks for a new design rig I call the Eye Dropper Rig for walleye and bass. It is still in the initial testing stage. It can be drift fished, cast or trolled because the angler adds the bell weight that he needs for the depth he is fishing. It's a power shot rig with a lot of tricks. Right now I'm experimenting to find the right hook for this rig to fish on light tackle.
