The Mustad fine wire Big Gun® Siwash hook is an excellent choice for salt and freshwater fishermen using live bait. Works equally well with shrimp, pinfish and cut bait. It is also a great replacement hook for spinner baits, trolling spoons and hardlures. The hook features a slightly kirbed hook point for improved hookup. Great for replacing poor quality or worn down hooks on your hardlures, using the Mustad MT028 Split Ring Plier. Coated with Mustad's own Black Nickel finish, which are 4 times as rust resistant as traditional Black Nickel. Chemically sharpened high carbon steel.
Thanks for the fast shipping. I plan to use these to replace the current hooks on my spinners. The steelhead seem to stay on better with them. I was looking for 2/0 barbless but I couldn%u2019t pass these up. I will make them work :)
