Yesterday was one of those days, Got into king salmon, among other stuff and lost several rigs, The hooks are on Kripple herring rigs . Since the Pandemic, we have little resource to replace gear. Tenakee Springs is 60 water miles form Juneau. It's isolated, no normal amenities, but natural amenities abound. A very small general store, think mini 7/11, no automobiles only a dirt path through the town, 40 full time residents, that swells to 100 in the summer at time. A trip to Juneau costs about $300 rd trip via sea, or about the same if you go by private boat. Finding you on eBay was a blessing, and I'll be able to get rigged up in time. We , here on Chicagof Island use Amazon a lot, it's the free shipping. I have found eBay to be more than competitive, better service, and frequently a vendor who takes a personal interest.
