Normally we just troll with rapala lures in about 8-12 feet of water. If we
have to go deeper we will use a 1/4 oz or greater bottom bouncer with 6 ft
lead.
Catch of the day Walleye, Pike, Perch and I have even caught Whitefish using
this technique.
