I like to make my own swimbaits 6 - 9 inches. IMHO, the KVD Triple Grip 3/0 hooks
are the best hook on the market for these Swimbaits. I have had a 100% hook up
ratio with these hooks.
I have also swapped out most of my Crankbaits and spoons, with these hooks, in sizes
2 - 6.

I usually swap out the stock hooks on my crankbaits to either the KVD short
shanks or Gamakatsu's short shanks. These 3/0 will be going on some Strike
King 10XD cranks.

These hooks will be used on big swimbaits/ topwaters.
Pupfish, 10" triple trout, ect.

I plan on using the KVD Elite Triple Grips by adding them to the rubber fish ..I had a lot of bites but do
to lack of hooks on my bait I lost them

I like the bigger KVD trebles for smaller muskie crankbaits, the 3/4 oz.
and 1 oz. rattle traps, those sorts of things. Some baits come with good
hooks and some are pretty bad, you get so few muskie bites that you want to
try to take advantage of every single one.
